What You'll be doing

As Commercial Account Manager, you will lead Hostroo’s relationships with businesses, relocation partners, and corporate clients looking for short-let management solutions. You will be responsible for winning new commercial accounts, nurturing long-term partnerships, and ensuring each client receives a professional, responsive, and commercially strong service. The role combines relationship management, sales, and account growth, with a strong focus on presenting Hostroo as the trusted partner for companies that need flexible, high-quality accommodation solutions.

Your day-to-day will include:

  • Managing relationships with corporate clients, relocation agents, and business contacts from first enquiry through to long-term account growth.

  • Identifying new commercial opportunities and converting inbound and outbound leads into profitable partnerships.

  • Working closely with the operations team to ensure each account runs smoothly and client expectations are consistently met.

  • Preparing proposals, pitch materials, and tailored occupancy solutions for businesses seeking short-let management.

  • Monitoring account performance, guest feedback, and occupancy trends to support retention and upsell opportunities.

  • Acting as the main point of contact for commercial partners, delivering a responsive and polished experience at every stage.

What You'll bring
