What You'll be doing
As Commercial Account Manager, you will lead Hostroo’s relationships with businesses, relocation partners, and corporate clients looking for short-let management solutions. You will be responsible for winning new commercial accounts, nurturing long-term partnerships, and ensuring each client receives a professional, responsive, and commercially strong service. The role combines relationship management, sales, and account growth, with a strong focus on presenting Hostroo as the trusted partner for companies that need flexible, high-quality accommodation solutions.
Your day-to-day will include:
Managing relationships with corporate clients, relocation agents, and business contacts from first enquiry through to long-term account growth.
Identifying new commercial opportunities and converting inbound and outbound leads into profitable partnerships.
Working closely with the operations team to ensure each account runs smoothly and client expectations are consistently met.
Preparing proposals, pitch materials, and tailored occupancy solutions for businesses seeking short-let management.
Monitoring account performance, guest feedback, and occupancy trends to support retention and upsell opportunities.
Acting as the main point of contact for commercial partners, delivering a responsive and polished experience at every stage.
What You'll bring
